Position: Grounds-Keeping Assistant Manager
Location: Hamilton, Ontario
Pay: $50,000 to 60,000 Annually ( Benefits after 3 months)

This position is related to the landscape gardening industry.

The Role:
Our Grounds-Keeping Assistant Manager shall provide support to our Grounds-keeping Manager and will assist and take charge of various tenders, estimates and field project co-ordination. Listed below is a general description and should be considered as minimum requirements in order to be successful in this role.

Job Duties:

• Assist with tender bids on contracts for landscaping and grounds maintenance work
• Assist Superintendents in the planning, scheduling, job set-up, and coordination of various projects throughout the year
• Plan and estimate the materials and labor requirements for individual contracts
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Requisition supplies and materials

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver`'s Licence
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• A college diploma or university degree in a related field
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
