Foreman/Lead Hand - Design/Build Division
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
General landscape knowledge learned through experience.
Supervisory experience in a landscape role for 5+ years.
Adhere to schedules and budgets for completion of projects.
Read and understand landscape blueprints.
Grading and installing of natural and precast products.
Knowledge of plant material and installation procedures.
Demonstrates compliance with OHSA, and JO company health and safety rules and policies.
Execute jobs with the confidence and knowledge to provide input and feedback.
Strong knowledge and experience in a team environment.
Familiarity and safe operation of construction machinery and tools..
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise.
Good attendance record.
Strong ability to represent Jeff’s Outdoor to clients in a positive and professional manner.
Clean ‘G’ Driver’s License and abstract.
Ability to drive and reverse truck & trailer.
Year round availability.
