Job Description - Winter Snow Removal & Summer Landscaping Supplies Depot Management
- Responsible for maintaining all the field locations
- Works closely with the GM
- Manages scheduling employees
- Manages shipping & receiving of the Landscaping Supplies
- Provide support and training of the field crews
- Manages fleet vehicles
- Assures safety and organization of all tools and equipment
- Conducts site inspections
- Comfortable working long hours when needed
- Winter time: scheduling, time management and snow removal duties
- Comfortable using our LMN software & maintains accurate records of service work
- Sending reports as required by GM
- Quoting jobs
- Upselling to clients

Physical Requirements
- Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of landscape materials & construction
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively by adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Experience in horticulture, shrubs, plants
Required License or Certification:
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License – “G” Class (with good record required),_As company vehicle is provided_
