Snow plowing Loader / Back hoe operator

Hiring several Loader operators to plow snow for the upcoming winter season. Looking for an operator with 3 to 5 years loader experience. Would be a huge plus if you have plowed snow before with a loader and pusher. Operator should be careful and detailed oriented. Looking to pay $20/hr to $30/hr depending on your experience.
