A growing and established (33 yrs.) company is looking for it’s next general manager. He/she must be ambitious, versatile and resourceful who can double the size of the company in five years.
Have hands on experience with sales , lawn sprinkler installation and service , water management and landscape lighting
Responsibilities include:
Actively seeks new sales, both residential and commercial
efficiently schedules and allocates resources; people equipment and material
ensures technical quality and pace of all work to meet budget and customer’s expectations
oversees training, health and safety, and human resources
develop build team effort
engage and empower team players
