Landscape Construction Foreman

Blue Sky Property Services is looking for our Landscape Construction Foreman to build our landscape construction service team with.

Pay rate to be based on experience but will range between $25 - $30 per hour (salary will be considered if desired).

Mostly new equipment including mini and standard skid steers, mini excavbator, trucks and trailers. All equipment is less than one year old. We have relationships with pool builders and large commercial construction companies. All types of projects available ranging from french drain systems to complete residential and commercial construction projects from architectural design drawing blueprints. Full time year round work gauranteed (snow removal in winter). Salary available instead of hourly pay if desired. The candidate will be encouraged to assist in building this department for successful and sustaninable growth. 

You will be required to:

• Perform physical duties over the length of the shift
• Have experience in most aspects of softscape and hardscape installations
• Have experience in use of the usual power construction equipment as well as general landscape construction tools
• Lift 20 kg repeatedly during the shift
• Have transportation to our office at 2459 Industrial Street, Burlington
• Provide a valid class "G" (minimum) driver's licenece and current driver's abstract at the time of the interview (or shortly after)
• This is a "hands on" construction position with supervisory responsibilities as well. You will be expected to be "boots on the ground"

This is a full time position with medical health benefits offered after a 3 month probation period.
