We have about 25 staff involved in a number of areas including the install crew, grading teams, hydroseeding, and farm operations. We believe in great people accomplishing great things.
The Position: This is more than an operating job. We need someone who can:
You will be responsible for preparing jobsites so they are ready for sod or hydroseed. This requires an “eye” for seeing high and low spots and a strong desire to make the soil perfectly flat.
Your Skills:
We offer $19-22/hour based on experience with room for raises and promotions based on skills and work ethic. Typically, you’ll work about 45-50 hours a week. We are aiming to have a start date of May 3. It could be earlier or later depending on weather. We will work until the ground freezes, normally around November and sometimes later in the year if possible. Winter employment in snow removal is offered.
