Job Duties:
Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand related to the landscape gardening industry. The position of Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand will involve assisting in the daily management of maintenance projects for Oakridge Landscape Contractors. This position also includes the use of numerous types of related equipment. Physically demanding work in the outdoors. In winter months all Lead Hands will be used in the snow removal operations of the company. The below is intended only as a general description and should be considered as a minimal in order to fulfill this role. Job duties are subject to job role additions and changes at any time.

Job Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License or have reliable transportation to and from the main yard
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Ability to work long hours;
