Pay: $80,000 to 90,000 Annually (Benefits after 3 months, Company Vehicle)

Job Duties:

Operation Manager (Snow and Ice) will be responsible to managing snow removal during winter months in addition will manage subcontractors and employee performance. During off season, Operation Manager (Snow and Ice) will generate new clients, tender bids, obtaining contracts, purchase equipment and managing existing contractors.

  • Tender bids on contracts for Snow and Ice work.
  • Supervising and co-ordinate the activities of workers who perform snow and ice removal
  • Plan and estimate the materials and labour requirements for individual contracts
  • Organize day to day operation of snow and Ice removal
  • Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units
  • Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Requisition supplies and materials
  • Maintain financial and personnel records
  • Manage snow removal services during winter months
  • Knowledge of Parking lot, building maintenance landscape maintenance, and Electrical knowledge is an assist.
