We are currently looking for a Head Gardener / Horticulturist to join our growing team in the Flamborough, Hamilton, and Cambridge areas. The person in this position will be looking after our amazing Pearle Hospitality properties, select high end residential properties, garden renovations, new plant installations and from scratch new designs.

The pay for this role ranges between $20-$28 hour depending on relevant experience
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the horticultural field
- A strong team player with exceptional leadership skills
- Close attention to detail.
- Extensive annuals, perennials and nursery stock knowledge
- Ability to cultivate a positive work environment and instill an ethic of teamwork and professionalism among the team
- Extensive knowledge in tree and plant care and installation
- Ability to read landscape plans, and layout
- Strong leadership skills and be a team player
- Valid “G” Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract
- First aid training considered asset
