We are currently looking for a Landscape Construction Foreperson to join our growing team in the Guelph area.

The pay for this role ranges between $25-34 hour depending on relevant experience
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the landscape construction industry
- Ability to supervise, coordinate and schedule the day-to-day work activities of a landscape construction crew of 1-5 team members
- Ability to cultivate a positive work environment and instill an ethic of teamwork and professionalism among the team
- A full understanding of all aspects from excavation to finish of interlock
- Experience in Masonry/natural stonework
- Experience with concrete work
- Experience with carpentry
- Knowledge in tree and plant care and installation
- Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators
- Ability to read plans, and layout and setting out grades
- Strong leadership skills and be a team player
- A clean driver’s abstract
- Experience towing a trailer
- First aid training considered asset
