We are currently hiring for Landscape Maintenance Division Manager. The successful candidate will oversee quality and client interaction for our landscape maintenance crews and will maintain our client's expectations that are outlined in their service contracts. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be a self starter and have a strong work ethic.
- supervise the work of crew members to ensure quality, safety and productivity
- train crew members
- ensure daily inspections of vehicles, tools and equipment
- complete and submit required paperwork
- assist crews as necessary
Qualifications and skills:
- landscape maintenance experience
- previous supervisory experience an asset
- strong horticultural skills and plant knowledge
- ability to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
- capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- effective communication skills
- excellent time management skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work as part of a team
- a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
