Sheridan Nurseries’ Corporate Solutions is actively searching for:

B2B & Landscape Crew Members 

Our Business to Business (B2B) division is growing and we are looking to build our team!  We intend to expland our focus to new sectors, as well as develop additional Corporate Solutions, B2B and landscaping services.  This position will report to the Corporate Solutions Manager and work primarily in the GTA, as well as on some job sites in Hamilton and Waterloo region as needed.  There is an opportunity for future permanent employment for the right candidate. 

Accountabilities

• Working as part of the Corporate Solutions team to support landscape installations and activations in the GTA and Waterloo Region. 
• Providing landscape services, installations and custom designs including corporate containers/urns and planting beds. 
• Product delivery, off-site installations, plant and garden bed maintenance, and client interactions.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Skills Required 

• We have an immediate need for persons who are energetic self-starters and who are willing to grow as the business grows.
• Previous experience with landscaping services and installations. 
• Knowledge of interior tropical and house plants and annuals is an asset.
• Experience with custom design using plant material and picks is an asset. 
• A valid driver's license, a good driving record and prior experience driving a cube van is essential.
• Additional availability for evenings and weekends when required.

Physical demands of the job include:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Standing up for the majority of the shift with bending and squatting at various times required.
