Landscape Construction Foreman 3-5years Construction Experience

Job Description:
Manage, lead and direct small crew with a positive attitude.
Desired skills:
3-5 years experience in landscape construction or construction environment.
Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, responsible for managing job sites, problem solving.
Able to interact in a professional manner with customers.
Ability to read plans, work with grades and various landscape products.
Strong attention to detail, quality control, ability to take direction, work independently when required.
Ability to work within scope of an estimate, maintain timelines and keep track of costs.
Familiar with interlocking brick installation, retaining walls, walkways, steps, level and grade etc., some experience with concrete poured in place.
Willingness to teach as well as learn from others.
Demonstrated knowledge of workplace safety, safe handling and lifting procedures.
Ability to lift 50lbs minimum.
A minimum of valid Full G class license with clean drivers abstracct (must provide recent copy of drivers abstract during interview process), additional class license (DZ or higher) is preferred. A willingness to obtain higher class of license is ideal.
Experience operating various heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, mini ex. etc.
Excellent team player, skilled in trouble shooting for solutions when problems arise.
Winter operations are snow removal; hours remain full time, but duties and shifts may vary.
Other duties as assigned.
Pay to be established based on proven experience and skill, references will be required after 1st interview.
