What are we looking for in a Supervisor?
As a supervisor you are responsible for carrying out an assigned work load by the end of each week. We expect you to be able to provide guidance and safe work procedures to 1-2 labourers. A valid full G license is mandatory as you will be driving a company vehicle. Your previous work experience in landscaping will allow us to be confident in your ability to complete your work on time and with full pride in the quality of work performed.

As a Technician you are focused dedicated and reliable. Maybe you are exploring a career in the landscaping industry. As a fast learner, you do your work in a safe and efficient way. Plenty of training is offered at Elm so that your safety is never compromised.
