We are currently hiring a Foreman / Crew Leader for our installation team! QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING
- Crew Leader Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Interlocking Stone Installation Experience: 2 years (Required)
- General landscape knowledge learned through experience
- Crew Leader experience in a Landscape role for 2+ staff
- Adhere to schedules for completion of projects
- Read & understand landscape blueprints
- Grading & Installing of Natural & Pre-cast products
- Knowledge of Plant Material and Installation procedures
- Safe operation of Skid steer, Mini Excavator, Saws, Tampers
- Support Jeff's Outdoor safety and performance culture
- Proper care for tools & equipment
- Full G license with clean abstract or CVDR
- Good communication skills for staff & clients
