Landscape Construction Lead Hand

HigherGround Landscaping is a small landscape construction company based out of Burlington, Ontario. Our jobs are primarily located within the Halton & Hamilton areas.

We are looking to hire an individual with experience who could fill the lead hand position. This person should have experience in hardscape construction, ideally possessing the following qualifications:

• 2 + year experience with landscape construction techniques/ installations.
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner. (i.e. must have experience with stone saw, wet table saw, plate compactors, shoveling and raking, installing leveling bars, applying concrete adhesive and more). 
• Must have a G class drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.
• Knowledge of current materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction projects.
• Willing to work approximately 50+ hours per week (Monday-Friday and some Saturdays). 
• Reliable, polite, respectful, team-player.

Job to start asap.

Wage $20-$25 per hour but is negotiable based on skill and experience.
