Here we grow again! Courtland is currently looking for a proven team leader at our Tillsonburg location who holds professional infield experiene in ground maintenance. The qualified candidate will hold experience in running a 2+ person ground maintenance crew.
Qualified Candidate will hold:
Minimum 2+ years professional property maintenance experience.
Minimum 2+ years running a crew.
Plant knowledge and identification.
Tree / shrub / plant examination and treatment is an asset.
Horticulture consulting experience is an asset.
Leadership / coaching skills are essential.
Knowledge of landscape material.
Horticulture degree is an asset.
