Landscapes Team Leader/Lawn Mower

We are looking for a career motivated individual. This individual must have 3-5 years experience in the lawn maintenance field. Individual is required to cut a professional looking, knowing how to cut, and at what heights to cut. Must have experience on a stand on mower. Must be able to lead a crew of 2-3 people. Duties will include mowing lawns, preparing trucks and crew for the day, site walk arounds, delegating jobs, being responsible for job completion and time restraints, communicating with clients as well as working in the field. You will be required to maintain the landscape design with your crew. This position will allow you to grow within the company and eventually move on to other departments such as estimating, etc. Yearly round employment is available.
