Qualifications:

• Minimum TWO YEARS WORKING EXP.,
• A valid G driver's license with a clean and clear abstract is necessary
• Motivated and driven Punctual and Reliable
• Properly dressed
• Ready to learn and understand all safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with lawn mowers, trimmers and blowers
• Experience in high end gardens doing tasks such as : weeding, cultivating, planting, pruning, trimming.
• Experience with seeding, sodding, etc.
• Experience doing winter work with either plows, salters, and other small construction equipment.

SUMMER:
Duties include grass cutting using a sit and/or stand lawnmower, trimming, sodding, weeding, cultivating and edging garden beds using appropriate hand tools and property clean-up.

Able to work Full time hours(50 plus) including some Saturdays
Able to lift up to 50lbs

WINTER:
Duties including snow clearing, salting services and litter clean-up for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all winter snow clearing and related activities as assigned
Able to operate one or more of the following equipment: loaders with plow, tractors, pick-up truck with plow, salters and shoveling for sidewalks
Proper and safe handling of gasoline, oils, diesel fuels, grease, other equipment related fluids, etc.
Requires on-call availability 24-7 Must be available on short notice.
Ability to update vehicle and route logs Track hours worked accurately

Pay is determined by your experience and knowledge in landscape and snow maintenance. As you advance you will have the opportunity for increase in your pay rate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$25.00 per hour (negotiable)
