Position: Grounds-Keeping Assistant Manager
Location: Hamilton, Ontario
Pay: $50,000 to 60,000 Annually ( Benefits after 3 months)
This position is related to the landscape gardening industry.
The Role:
Our Grounds-Keeping Assistant Manager shall provide support to our Grounds-keeping Manager and will assist and take charge of various tenders, estimates and field project co-ordination. Listed below is a general description and should be considered as minimum requirements in order to be successful in this role.
Job Duties:
- Assist with tender bids on contracts for landscaping and grounds maintenance work
- Assist Superintendents in the planning, scheduling, job set-up, and coordination of various projects throughout the year
- Plan and estimate the materials and labor requirements for individual contracts
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Requisition supplies and materials
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver`'s Licence
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- A college diploma or university degree in a related field
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
